The apartment was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like a TV to relax and a balcony where I could enjoy the beautiful views. The seating area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was super convenient too. I felt right at home in this charming apartment.
The only thing I liked less was that the apartment only had one TV. But hey, that's just me.

I had a very lovely 3 nights stay in Nice. Rooms here were equipped with air conditioning. The atmosphere seemed to be quiet. I went to nearby Ruhl Plage to relax and have a drink...

From the moment we met Sarah, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The studio was beautifully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a fabulous holiday. Although the balcony lacked a view, we didn't mind as we were immersed in the heart of everything - with the beach just a stone's throw away and a stunning rooftop terrace housing a large pool and smaller shallow pool. The abundance of eateries and shops surrounding us added to the convenience and excitement of our stay. The bus stop right outside and the tram station just a 5-minute walk away made exploring the city and neighboring Italy a breeze. our experience at this property was simply fantastic and we would definitely choose it again in the future if the opportunity arises.

The cozy apartment had everything I needed, including a private balcony. Sarah and her husband were excellent hosts, and the convenient paid parking spot in the building was a bonus. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view, and overall, the experience was lovely.

The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The apartment was small but perfect for two people, and the air conditioning worked well. The rooftop pool was a great addition, with a lovely temperature for the hot days. The best part was definitely the location - right on the promenade, with easy access to the beach and shops just steps away.
I do wish they had collapsible chairs that we could take up to the rooftop to sunbathe. It would have been nice to have a comfortable seating option while enjoying the pool.

My recent stay at a hotel near the beach was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, with stunning views from the top floor where the pool is located. The apartment had all the necessary appliances and it was equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The swimming pool terrace provided a beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the shower floor leaking and the balcony overlooking other rooms, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was commendable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and amenities.
